Version 2026-07-24 · Effective 24 July 2026
Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of VFC Coupons by customers, partners and visitors. Please read them before creating an account or signing in.
1. Platform role
VFC Coupons helps customers discover offers published by independent shops and partners. Unless expressly stated, VFC is not the seller, merchant, payment recipient, employer, agent, guarantor or party to the transaction between a customer and partner. The partner is responsible for its shop, goods, services, licences, pricing, taxes, safety, offer content and fulfilment.
2. Partner commitments
Partners must publish accurate, lawful and non-misleading offer details, including exclusions, validity, coupon limits and blackout dates. A partner should honour an approved live deal according to its displayed terms and applicable law.
If fulfilment would cause a genuine significant loss because of an obvious pricing error, stock failure, emergency, force majeure or exceptional operational issue, the partner may refuse or modify fulfilment only to the extent permitted by law. The partner should promptly explain the issue, avoid unfair discrimination, update or stop the offer, and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Peak periods—including Diwali, New Year’s Eve, public holidays, festivals, special events and unusually busy service periods—may be excluded only when clearly stated in the offer or communicated lawfully before the customer completes the transaction.
3. Customer use
Coupons are for personal, non-commercial use unless the offer expressly permits otherwise. Customers must not resell coupons, obtain bulk coupons, use automation, create duplicate accounts, manipulate QR codes, interfere with the service, or use offers for commercial procurement.
Customers must check the displayed terms, validity and eligibility. For peak dates, large groups, limited stock or travel-sensitive plans, customers should confirm availability directly with the shop before visiting.
4. Availability and redemption
Offers may be limited by date, time, inventory, branch, category, minimum spend or allocated coupon count. Generating a coupon does not reserve stock, seating, inventory or service capacity unless the offer expressly says so. A coupon has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion unless permitted by the partner.
5. Disputes between customers and partners
The customer and partner should first discuss billing, quality, availability, cancellation, refund and fulfilment concerns directly. VFC may provide a communication channel or help facilitate contact, but does not adjudicate the underlying commercial dispute and is not automatically a party to it. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
6. Prohibited activity and suspension
Users must not post unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or deceptive material; compromise security; scrape personal data; impersonate another person; or use VFC to violate applicable law. VFC may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict an offer, suspend an account or cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary.
7. Service and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VFC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, merchant performance, inventory, offer suitability or the quality of third-party goods and services. VFC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from a customer-partner transaction. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, or liability arising from VFC’s own fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable acts.
8. Electronic acceptance
Checking the acceptance box is a clear affirmative action recording your agreement electronically. The Information Technology Act, 2000 recognises electronic records and contracts formed electronically, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
VFC may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The current version and effective date will be published here. Where a change is material, users may be asked to accept the revised version at sign-in. Continued use after effective notice may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and help
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer forums and other statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected. Questions, complaints or grievance requests can be submitted through the Help form.
